We are a startup company that was born from a class at a Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
In the class, the working environment in Japan for foreigners was regarded as a problem.
The problem was that it was difficult for foreigners to enjoy Japanese work and enrich their careers because there was too little information to understand the environment of Japanese companies.
Therefore, as a first step, we decided to launch a review site with the aim of increasing transparency.

Ningine is a review site for Japanese companies and jobs. The more reviews we collect together, the more careful we can be before deciding to work for a Japanese company.
In particular, by avoiding companies with bad reputations as much as possible and choosing to go to companies with good reputations, we believe that troubles after going to Japan will be reduced.
